DeWitt Park Historic District is a national historic district located in Ithaca, NY. The district consists of 45 contributing buildings, one contributine site DeWitt Park, which was known as Town Square until 1869.

and three contributing objects. It includes area developed by the town's founder, Simon DeWitt in the early 19th century. This small area of about 18 acres is bounded by properties fronting on E. Buffalo, E. Court, N. Cayuga and N. Tioga Streets in Ithaca, NY. The architectural styles of the houses and apartments in the area are Italianate, Queen Anne, Greek Revival and Romanesque. One of the nicest areas is Sears Street between Court Street and Cascadilla Creek, a quiet one-block area once known as Goose alley. It's composed of nice apartments and owner occupied homes.
